Frequently Asked Questions
Inner Ten is a mental training app for competitive pistol shooters. It provides audio-guided exercises for breathing, visualization, mindfulness, pressure management, pre-shot routine practice, and match-day preparation.
Inner Ten Premium is available through the App Store as weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. US storefront prices are $1.99/week, $5.99/month, or $29.99/year, and local pricing may vary by storefront.
No account or sign-up is required. The App Store purchase sheet shows the exact local price before purchase.
Inner Ten Premium can be unlocked through weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. All current Premium plans unlock the entire app: breathing, visualization, mindfulness, self-talk, pressure tools, pre-shot routine, journal, Starter Week, match-day flow, competition debrief, and soundscapes.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Inner Ten and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the current billing period ends.
Yes. As long as you use the same Apple ID, your active subscription or legacy Lifetime unlock is restored automatically when you open the app. If it doesn't appear, try tapping "Restore Purchase" on the subscription screen.
Yes. All guided audio is bundled with the app. Once downloaded, everything works without an internet connection.
Your app data — including journal entries, debrief notes, routine setup, optional profile details, and any match-day venue information you choose to save — is stored on your device. No account creation or login is required. Depending on your device backup settings, most local app data may be included in iCloud Backup or Finder backups.
If you record heart-rate sessions, those records are stored in a separate local store that Inner Ten marks as excluded from iCloud Backup. They are not automatically synced by the app.
The website uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-focused analytics about page visits and limited website interactions such as App Store button taps, support link taps, and FAQ opens. In the app, usage analytics and Meta ad attribution are optional and are only sent if you explicitly allow them under Data & Privacy. Optional dictation uses Apple's speech recognition features for text input, and address lookup in match-day planning uses Apple's map services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. In Profile > Data & Privacy, you can export a full backup archive and import a previous backup later.
The backup can include your profile, journal entries, routines, match-day plans, saved venues, progress settings, and any stored heart-rate session records. Import replaces your current data with the contents of the backup file.
Make sure your phone is not on silent mode (check the side switch). Verify that the media volume is turned up — the app uses media volume, not ringer volume.
If you're using Bluetooth headphones, make sure they are connected and selected as the audio output.
The widget shows your next suggested exercise, current training streak, and session completion status. Add it to your home screen by long-pressing, tapping the + button, and searching for "Inner Ten".
The widget updates automatically when you complete sessions. It helps you maintain a daily training habit at a glance.
Yes. Inner Ten can connect to standalone Bluetooth heart rate monitors (BLE sensors like Polar or Garmin chest straps) for live feedback during supported sessions. Heart rate tracking is optional, and the app works fully without it.
