Your personal data — journal entries, debrief notes, routine setup — is stored on your device and synced to your private iCloud account so it transfers to new devices. No account creation or login is required.
The app uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics (e.g., which modules are used). No personally identifiable information is collected. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Make sure your phone is not on silent mode (check the side switch). Verify that the media volume is turned up — the app uses media volume, not ringer volume.
If you're using Bluetooth headphones, make sure they are connected and selected as the audio output.

The watch app requires an Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later. Heart rate monitoring is optional — the app works fully without it.
